Description

This easy DIY mullein garlic ear oil recipe is the best natural remedy to soothe ear discomfort and earaches and reduce inflammation.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Makes about 4 ounces.

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting up the garlic cloves into smaller pieces.
  2. Add mullein and the garlic pieces into a cleaner glass container. Cover with olive oil, ensuring everything is completely submerged.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and place it in a warm, sunny spot. Shake the jar gently every day to help the herbs infuse into the oil. Let sit for 6 weeks.
  4. After the 6 weeks, strain out the herbs using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Transfer the strained oil into a clean glass dropper bottle for easy application (dark glass is best).

Notes

Store in a cool, dark place. The oil should last for up to six months.
