Step by step instructions

  1. Add the cloves, cinnamon chunks, peppermint and coconut oil into a glass jar.

  1. Simmer on low in a double broiler for a 1-2 hours. Stir every now and then.

  1. Strain out the herbs into a clean glass jar or bowl.

  1. If adding essential oils, add in your drops to the melted coconut oil.

  1. While the coconut oil is still melted, pour into a silicone mold. I like to wait about 10 minutes to allow the mixture to cool slightly, so it’s not super hot.

  1. Put in the freezer for an hour. Once solid, pop them out into a glass jar or storage container and keep in the fridge.

That’s it! They’re ready to use. This recipe is so simple and makes about 50 oil pulling tablets.

These oil pulling cubes are super easy to use! Add one or two cubes into your mouth. Swish around for up to 20 minutes. Then spit out (Do not swallow).
